In this position, you'll work daytime hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call or callback duties. Our client prefers candidates with at least 6 months of LTC experience but may consider those with slightly less. Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of COTA experience
• LTC experience preferred (at least 6 months, flexible)
• Ability to work daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Adaptability to different care environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential
• Prior experience in long-term care facilities
