- Required: Active Property and Casualty License.
- Preferred:Experience in insurance agency sales.
- 1+ years in the insurance industry.
- Positive Outlook & Disposition.
- Coachable and Eager to Learn.
- Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes.
- Reliable.
- Experience in insurance sales.
- Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Manage the new business onboarding process.
- Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
- Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
