Equipment Outside Sales Representative – Fort Worth, TX
$50,000 Base | Uncapped Commission | Auto & Cell Allowance
Barnsco Texas is hiring an Equipment Outside Sales Representative to grow our Fort Worth / Tarrant County market. This is a field-based role for a motivated sales professional who knows construction, values face-to-face relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do in the Fort Worth Market
- Sell new and used construction equipment across Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas
- Build relationships with contractors, concrete professionals, and jobsite decision-makers
- Prospect new business through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close equipment sales
- Manage accounts from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and inspections
- Attend local trade shows, sales meetings, and vendor training
What We’re Looking For
- Outside sales experience (construction equipment or related industry preferred)
- Knowledge of construction jobsites, equipment, or concrete industry is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
