Maintenance Technician

At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 200+ unit community in Cheswick, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in maintenance, construction, or landscaping who is eager to work in a dynamic environment. The role involves a variety of tasks, including snowplowing and on-call duties related to weather events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under homes and have a strong commitment to safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks across a 200+ unit property
• Respond to on-call duties, especially during weather events
• Conduct snow plowing and landscaping as needed
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain property standards

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• HS Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in maintenance, construction, or landscaping
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including under homes
