Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
13 Week Contract - perm after 90 days
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Float - Yes, as needed within skillset (Issaquah location)
Required:
At least 6 months - 1 year of Adult Outpatient Clinic setting
Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Back Office -
- Administering Medication, Administration of TB Test, F/u Phone Calls, Rooming Patients
- Vital Signs: Height, Weight, Pulse Oximetry, Obtain Vital Signs
- Prepare for Exam: Record History/Medications/Allergies
- Set Up and Assist with Procedures: Nebulizer Treatment
- Injections: Immunizations, Intramuscular
- Specimen Collection: Labelling of Specimens
Front Office -
- Authorization Forms
- Chart Preparation
- Pharmacy Calls/Patient Refill Requests
- Stocking Supplies
