Pay and Benefits

• $24-27/hour, paid weekly
• Scheduled Monday–Friday, with shifts of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., as assigned, with an additional on-call rotation

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
