About the Role

We are seeking a motivated VRF Piping Helper to assist with the installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. This is an entry-level role that's perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the HVAC trade. You'll work alongside experienced technicians to support piping, layout, and installation tasks on commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of VRF piping systems

• Measure, cut, and prepare copper and other piping materials

• Support layout, brazing, and insulation of piping under supervision

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment

• Follow instructions to help meet project deadlines and quality standards

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and site preparation

Qualifications

• Some experience or interest in HVAC, plumbing, or piping preferred (not required)

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand/power tools

• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed

• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus (training can be provided)
