Neonatology Physician

We areseeking a Board-Certified Neonatology Physician for locum tenens coverage inWichita Falls, Texas. This opportunity offers 24-hour coverage consisting ofin-house rounding with call from home or hotel. The neonatologist will providecare in a Level II NICU and newborn nursery, working collaboratively with askilled multidisciplinary team.

• Shift Type: 24-hour shifts (rounding plus call from home/hotel)
• Coverage Start: ASAP
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• On-Call: Yes

PracticeSetting & Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level II NICU and newborn nursery
• Manage premature and moderately ill newborns
• Collaborate with nursing, respiratory therapy, and pediatric teams to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled

Requirements

• Board Certified in Neonatology
• Active Texas medical license required
• Must be clinically active within the past year (cannot accept providers inactive for 1 year or more)
