Line Cook - Full-time / Part-time

Zeppe’s is a rock n’ roll themed Pizzeria and Tavern that has been in business since 1986. We provide an energetic and fun atmosphere where passion meets quality, and we are seeking Line Cooks to help spread our enthusiasm and values with our guests.

Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill. This is a high profile and fast paced position that interacts constantly with guests and other team members so an enthusiastic, honest, highly-productive, and courteous attitude is a MUST! Responsibilities will include:

• Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with Zeppe’s specs and procedures
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment

Requirements

• Experience in full service restaurant
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
• Flexible schedule
• Task-driven individual
