Orthopedics Physician - Now Hiring

• Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery

Schedule:

• /16-/19 and a clinic on 1/16
• /12-/16 and a clinic on 2/13
• /27-/30 and a clinic on 3/27
• 24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days
• Support Staff: APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion
• Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
• Patient Population/Age: adult
• Department Description: hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage
• EMR: Cerner
• Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics
• Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery
• License Required: AZ license will look at IMLC LOQ
• DEA: yes
• CSR: no
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing: 21 days
