Registered Nurse (RN) - 7A to 7:30P Shift
Job Description\nThis position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a 600+ bed academic hospital, required to have Epic experience and a proven track record in a high-acuity environment. The role demands proficiency in patient care and the ability to handle various responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. \n
- Utilize electronic medical records for patient documentation and care planning. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously, providing timely interventions as needed. \n
- \n
- 1 year of experience required at a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score. \n
- 2 years of experience may qualify without the requirement for testing. \n
- Epic experience is mandatory. \n
- Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission. \n
- Navy blue scrubs are required. \n
This position is a full-time commitment, requiring availability for a shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
