CTG is seeking a Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence for our client.

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 11 months

Overview:
Join a cutting-edge AI team to design, build, and deploy LLM and RAG-based solutions for enterprise-scale data. Lead AI architecture, implement secure data integration, and deliver production-ready solutions across dev/test/staging/prod environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define LLM, RAG, and multi-agent reference architectures.

• Develop automated solutions using Action Agents for structured and unstructured data.

• Ensure secure integration of heterogeneous data sources with compliance and auditability.

• Build production-ready AI pipelines with CI/CD, IaC, observability, rollbacks, and SLOs.

• Rapidly learn client tools, frameworks, and processes to optimize solution design.

• Create solution design documents and POCs to validate feasibility.

• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize use cases and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, natural language processing, and LLMs.

• Hands-on experience with RAG workflows, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI solutions.

• Proven track record in production deployments, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data securely.

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and team mentorship abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
