Our family-owned H&R Block franchise, with offices in Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich on Cape Cod, is hiring motivated and experienced Client Service Professionals for our Falmouth-area locations. This recurring seasonal role (mid-January through April) is ideal for client-focused individuals with strong customer service skills and an interest in finance or taxes—offering the chance to advance toward tax preparation through hands-on Tax Pro Assistant responsibilities.

In this rewarding, fast-paced position, you'll be the welcoming face of our office while supporting our tax preparers—perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments with career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and professionally (in-person and by phone)
• Schedule appointments and pair clients with the right tax professional
• Maintain a clean, organized office and handle general admin tasks
• Assist tax preparers with compiling returns and other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced settings
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and point-of-sale systems
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication abilities

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Sales, marketing, or retail experience
• Interest in taxes/finance with potential to advance toward tax preparation as a Tax Pro Assistant or Preparer
