We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst / Manager to lead and manage the AR function in our Boca Raton office. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing receivables and optimizing cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing, collections, and cash application.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively address past-due accounts.
- Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Prepare AR reports for management and assist with month-end close.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Supervise and mentor AR staff (if applicable).
- Experience: 5+ years in accounts receivable; leadership experience required for manager level.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
