What You'll Do

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees.
• Verify timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous payroll experience required; multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
