A Busser supports the dining room team by keeping tables clean, organized, and ready for guests. Bussers help ensure fast, friendly service and a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables after guests leave
• Reset tables with clean dishes, utensils, and napkins
• Refill water glasses and assist servers as needed
• Sweep and clean dining areas
• Transport dirty dishes to the kitchen
• Help maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and service stations
• Follow health and safety guidelines
