Qualified applicants should:
· Have a strong work ethic
· Have excellent customer service and communication skills
· Have the ability to perform under minimal supervision
· Have a clean driving record
· Complete a background check, drug screen, and physical test
· Be organized and self-motivated
· Branch III Licensed
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
· Inspecting and recommending necessary treatments and repairs according to the “uniform building code” for customer’s homes or businesses in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.
· Debrief crews and communicate throughout the duration of projects.
· Inspectors shall be responsible to meet with and explain services and handle customer concern.
· Inspectors may be called upon to perform duties other than prescribed for the purpose of accomplishing the day-to-day operation of the business.
· Maintain company issued equipment and vehicle are always in a clean condition.
· The hours of work are 7am to 5pm with a Saturday rotation, more hours may be necessary depending on the needs of the department and branch.
This is a full-time position that requires experience in various areas of construction, repair, and sales. A Branch III license is required for this position.
No Branch III license? No problem! We have Termite Crew Technician positions available with paid training to work up to becoming a Termite Inspector.
