Position Details:
Mother Baby RN
Couplet Care with transitioning newborns after delivery
Possibly float to special care nursery to care for grower/feeders - no respiratory support
Will attend deliveries
BLS & NRP required, Stable is preferred
7P-7A, every other weekend/major holidays required
Call required up to 2 shifts per six weeks
ITO interviews, Manager will possibly conduct 2nd interview
Unit Details
Ratios: 1:3-4 couplets
24 beds with a 15 bed L&D
Ancillary staff for assistance
28-weeks gestation and above
