We are working with a client in Syosset who is looking for an administrative logistics coordinator on a temp to hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting out their career and looking for a growth opportunity.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted fully onsite role (Hours 9/9:30-5/6 M-F).

Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars via Trello (experience with Slack a plus; otherwise will train)
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Respond to order requests and inquiries
- Send info to technicians or other staff based on order info
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Assist with paying company parking tickets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills for client engagement
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable in warehouse environment and working on a small team
