A local manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder to join their team on 1st shift. This opportunity involves welding aluminum parts and assembling aluminum boats using hand tools and measuring devices. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Aluminum Welder:

Weld aluminum parts of various thicknesses and alloys using MIG & TIG welding techniques.
Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares to ensure accuracy.
Operate power tools including grinders, sanders, drills, and pop riveters.
Maintain a clean and safe work area through daily housekeeping.
Ensure quality standards are met for all completed work.
Work efficiently under pressure and be available for overtime as needed.
Perform duties in a warm environment, which may exceed 100°F.

Requirements for the Aluminum Welder:

Experience with MIG/TIG welding of aluminum.
Ability to read and follow instructions and assemble components.
Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a loud environment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and use hands and wrists frequently.
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to safely enter and exit boats during assembly.

Pay: Minimum of $23.67, will depend on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM, with overtime on Friday as needed.
