Post-Construction Cleaner (Restoration) – Sioux Falls, SD
INTEK is seeking a meticulous and reliable Post-Construction Cleaner to join our Sioux Falls team. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with a talent for specialized deep cleaning—from "rough cleans" to "final polishes"—who are ready to help our clients transition new builds and remodels into move-in-ready spaces. Essential Functions:
· Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
· Navigate through multi-phase cleanups, from “rough cleans” to “final cleans.”
· Detail oriented cleaning of walls, baseboards, and general surfaces to eliminate construction residue like sawdust, drywall residue, and general dust.
· Thorough cleaning and polishing of windows, mirrors, and hardware.
· Able to run equipment like floors scrubbers to extract construction dust and residue from multiple types of flooring.
· Identify and clear leftover materials and trash, ensuring the work environment stays safe and professional.
· Conduct final inspections to ensure the finished product meets the high standards INTEK sets.
· Represent INTEK with professionalism with both contractors and customers.

Experience and Education:
● High School Graduate or GED Required
● Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Required
● Ability to pass a background check Required
Physical Demands
● Ability to occasionally bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
● Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
● Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures including both in the office and in the field
