\n Job Description:
\n This position has basic knowledge of operative procedures in order to assess and implement care for ambulatory surgery patients.

\n Responsibilities
\n (30%)* Regularly assesses patient's/client's needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.
\n (30%)* Provides direct patient resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.
\n (20%)* Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information to improve patient care.
\n (10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
\n (10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
\n Submission Requirements

\n 2+ years of RN Experience - [REQUIRED]
\n Pre/Post Op Experience - [REQUIRED]
\n PACU Experience - [REQUIRED]
\n Epic EMR Experience - [PREFERRED]
\n Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
