What Youll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and student analysts
• Deliver clinic-based ABA services with the option to include school-based cases
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure all services reflect trauma-informed, assent-based, and ethical practices
