MS Dynamics Engineer

ComResource is looking for an MS Dynamics Engineer.

We need someone to assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and administer Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
• Develop workflows, Power Automate flows, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and environment migrations.
• Support data integration and API development with Azure Logic Apps and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve user experience through system optimization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Essentials:

• 3–5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM administration.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Experience managing solution packaging and release processes.
• Strong understanding of system security, business rules, and customization.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Desired:

• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, or ERP systems.
• Consulting or enterprise implementation experience.
