We are hiring reliable roofing laborers to assist with warranty and repair roofing work throughout South Florida. This is repair work (not new construction).

???? Clean Driver’s License = Priority Hire
Applicants with a clean, valid driver’s license will be hired first.

• Assist with roofing repairs and warranty work

• Remove damaged or old roofing materials

• Prepare roofs for repair and coating applications

• Apply liquid and multi-layer roofing systems

• Load and unload tools and materials from trucks

• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Follow all safety and fall-protection rules

• Support crew leaders and technicians as needed

• Entry-level or experienced workers welcome

• Clean driver’s license strongly preferred

• Able to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable working on roofs and heights

• Able to climb ladders and stand for long periods

• Able to work in heat and outdoor conditions

• Reliable and dependable

• Drug Free
