We are seeking environmentally conscious individuals to join our team as Production Workers on the 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, providing a chance to work with various recycling projects that contribute to a greener world.

**Job Duties and Requirements:**
- Basic manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
- Capable of standing throughout the shift.
- Work with different materials, including cardboard and plastic, in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (heat and cold).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

**After 90 Days of Permanent Placement, Employees are Eligible to Receive:**
- 3 days of vacation time (beginning on the 90th day).
- 10 vacation days annually (beginning January 1st).
- 401K Plan, Dental, Vision, and Health Benefits.
- Holiday Pay.
