In this role, you will deliver outpatient care with a focus on pain management, rehabilitation, and orthopedics within a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.

Your Responsibilities

In your position as a Physical Medicine NP/PA, you will:

• Perform follow-ups on procedures and administer trigger point injections
• Facilitate referrals to therapy within our multidisciplinary clinic
• Maintain standard office hours from Monday to Friday
• Have the option for additional compensated weekend hospital coverage

Qualifications We Seek

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• A minimum of one year of experience in Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, or Rheumatology in an outpatient context
• Current RN and APRN or PA licenses in the state of Connecticut, along with CT Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA certification
