In this role, you will deliver outpatient care with a focus on pain management, rehabilitation, and orthopedics within a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn your position as a Physical Medicine NP/PA, you will:
- Perform follow-ups on procedures and administer trigger point injections
- Facilitate referrals to therapy within our multidisciplinary clinic
- Maintain standard office hours from Monday to Friday
- Have the option for additional compensated weekend hospital coverage
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- A minimum of one year of experience in Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, or Rheumatology in an outpatient context
- Current RN and APRN or PA licenses in the state of Connecticut, along with CT Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA certification
