Pay Range: $44$55 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Great Barrington, MA. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week) where you will play a vital role in enhancing communication and swallowing outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of residents speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team (nursing, OT, PT, dietary, etc.)

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes

• Educate residents and their families on therapy goals, strategies, and home exercise or communication plans

Qualifications:

• Active MA SLP license (or appropriate state licensure/certification)

• Prior SNF experience preferred but not required

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively within a long-term care team-focused environment
