About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Tax Manager who brings a strong background in public accounting and a passion for client service and team leadership. You will manage complex engagements, guide staff, and play a key role in maintaining trusted client relationships while contributing to the growth of the Business Tax Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage preparation of complex tax returns

• Provide proactive year-end and general tax planning for clients

• Lead and oversee tax research projects

• Supervise, train, and mentor experienced tax staff

• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality service delivery

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Contribute to departmental growth and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax or related field a plus)

• Active CPA license required

• 6–10 years of public accounting experience

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tax software
