Assistant Site Superintendent - Construction

Job Description: Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Assistant site Superintendent in commercial and industrial building

The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:

·        Coordinate Field Activities

·        Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors

·        Enforce safety

·        Site visits

·        Prepare daily reports

·        Cost control

·        RFI’s

·        Change orders

·        Value Engineering

·        Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 2 projects in the range of $5 million to $10 million

·        Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training

·        Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications

·        Must have federal or public work experience

·        School construction experience a plus

·        Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*       Bachelor of Civil Engineering is a plus.
