About the Role:
As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences by preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the dining establishment. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff, including the Executive Chef, to ensure efficient food production and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy service periods. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity.
- Basic proficiency in reading and speaking English to understand recipes and communicate with team members.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards applicable in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working under the supervision of a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership environment.
- Formal culinary training or certification from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

- Stand for extended periods while performing cooking and preparation tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work at multiple locations including travel.
