Accounting Manager

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus bonus opportunities. Base salary range $90,000 - $105,000, dependent on experience.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support Accounts Payable functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
• Prepare monthly financial reports and profitability analysis, and metrics reports
• Responsible for accounts payable, month/year end close, tax schedules and profitability models
• Manage Tax audits, 1099 preparation, budgets, and forecasts
• Develop and document accounting policies and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience (professional services preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with sound judgment and attention to detail
