What You’ll Do:

As a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional service to both our client and temporary associates.

Job Duties:

• Supervise our temporary associates throughout the shift, ensuring that they are complying with GMPs and PPE.
• Participate in trainings and meetings
• Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
• Maintain effective and constant communication with company's management
• Process payroll and paid sick leave time
• Provide exceptional customer service to our associates and client company management

Job Requirements:

• Background in warehouse lead or supervision is needed
• Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
• Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker
• Strong Customer Service experience
• Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
• Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
