Bilingual Medical Office Greeter/Miami/Full Time

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Greeter/Miami/Full Time to join our team!  The Greeter will greet customers/patients upon arrival and answer questions, and keep the front lobby in order and moving smoothly. Someone with customer service skills or a new phlebotomist is encouraged to apply!

Schedule- Monday through Friday 5:30am-1pm and Saturday's 6am-10am

Pay- $17.75 an hour

Location- South Dixie Highway Miami FL

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Customer Service experience required (Retail, or Cashier)
• New Phlebotomy Graduate preferred but not required
