Job Description

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data. 
\n
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
\n
• Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
\n
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
\n
• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

\nAssociate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body\n\n

Pay Range:

\n$34.26 - $65.17\n\n
