MDS Coordinator LPN

We're looking for a full-time MDS Coordinator LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and complete all MDS paperwork

• Ensure the facility receives proper reimbursement

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license

• Knows how to handle all parts of the MDS process-from scheduling to completion.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
