Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney – Litigation
Location: Rocklin / Roseville, CA (local candidates only)
Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 base + bonusesWhat This Firm Does

This is a labor & employment defense firm, with a litigation-heavy practice focused on wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and employment disputes.

At the senior level, the firm is looking for someone who can lead cases, litigate confidently, and help train junior attorneys.

The Role

This is a true senior associate role, not a title-only position. You will be expected to own matters, drive litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

What You’ll Do

• Lead litigation matters from strategy through resolution
• Take depositions, hearings, and potentially trials
• Train and mentor junior associates
• Work directly with partners on case strategy
• Play a key role in firm growth and case outcomes

What They’re Looking For

• JD + California Bar in good standing
• Strong civil litigation background
• Meaningful deposition, hearing, and litigation experience required
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Ability to supervise and train junior attorneys
• Local to Rocklin / Roseville (commuting distance required)
