Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Painted Post, NY
Shift: Full Time and Part Time Shifts Available
Pay: $27–$29.50/hour (depending on experience) PLUS Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 (FT)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver personalized nursing care with heart and skill

• Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and care teams to ensure the best outcomes

• Document care updates thoroughly and efficiently

• Offer leadership and mentorship to CNAs on your unit

What You Bring:

• Valid LPN license

• Excited to learn as a new Graduate or bring your experience!

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred but not required)
