HVAC Lead Installer (COMMISSION ONLY)

HVAC Experienced Lead Installer: No On-Call Required, make $120,000 - $150,000 after incentives (COMMISSIONS ONLY), and flexible schedule with a potential 4 day work week.

Requirement:

• 2+ Years of Residential Installation/Repair HVAC/Oil Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Clean Driving Record
• Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
• Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part of the job.
