Job Title: Manufacturing Technician l/ll/lll

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00/HR DOQ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Job Summary:

This position supports the Module Assembly and Test Department by maintaining and supporting assembly equipment. Responsibilities include programming surface mount equipment, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, completing basic equipment repairs, and managing spare parts inventory to ensure efficient and reliable production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program surface mount assembly equipment including pick-and-place machines, automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, reflow ovens, and selective solder machines.
• Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform and document simple repairs on production equipment.
• Monitor, order, and maintain spare parts inventory for factory equipment.
• Support production personnel with equipment-related issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electronic Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Technology.
• Ability to maintain and repair a variety of production machines.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience programming and operating surface mount equipment (printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens).
• Working knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
