Position: Jewelry & Rolex Buyer & Lender.

of its traffic online. We offer consumers an unrivaled menu of options to access the liquidity their
fine jewelry and watches possess, via immediate sale, Jewelry Equity Loan, or consignment
sale. We strictly provide capital to the end consumer. Our firm operates in a branded, modern
fashion. We deploy expertise, transparency, and technology to outwork competitors and win our
clients' business. Clients can either send items to our headquarters or visit one of our offices to
conduct transactions. We currently have 13 locations, on track to reach 30 US offices by 2030.

nation.
Position Objectives:
We are seeking a dynamic and action-driven individual to drive and close buys & loans via our
ship-in division and optimize and close transactions at our numerous office locations. This
career involves closing many personal deals via our "ship-in" division and helping manage and
close deals via company-wide pipeline optimization. The primary goal of this role is to increase
closing ratios and closed transactions across the company while maximizing profitability using
the metrics and tools provided.
Responsibilities
● Close 400 deals personally in year one.
● 1,000+ direct client interactions monthly.
● Assessing items' value and providing client comps, subject to receiving the item.
● Delivering frequent and continuous transaction proposals company-wide.
● Fact-finding, overcoming objections, and radiating positivity.
● Work directly with in-office Sarasota clients.
● Deploying automation and a standardized closing and follow-up framework.
● Following up on in-market leads to drive the client back to a close.
● Scheduling appointments, resolving issues & overcoming objections.
● Assist executive senior deal members in every capacity to increase production.
● Excel in a salesmanship, digital-first, continuous improvement environment.

Objectives:
● Kick down transaction barriers to find ways to WIN DEALS.
● Work hands-on with both Market Directors and Client Benefit Agents.
● Increase the closing ratio and profitability of lead volume companywide.
● BE THE EXAMPLE—always be increasing company closing & transaction standards.
● Ongoing training with directors on programs, objectives, systems & behaviors.
Functions:
● Constantly follow up on all active in-market pending buy and loan transactions.
● Get clients to return to DB offices to complete pending transactions.
● Speak and correspond with clients company-wide to resolve issues and WIN business.
● Write up transactions in the POS system & underwriting functionality.
● Increase speed to get initial DB clients from inquiry to first office visit or shipment.
● Email and text digital assets that align with the client.
● Consistently move quickly to book, confirm, and reschedule office appointments.
● Deploy outreach from digital client submissions.
● Stay in continual communication with clients to maximize the closing ratio.
● Maintain ongoing communication with the closing, evaluation, and funding Columbia
team.
● Work with clients both digitally and in person to loan against and buy products.
● Champion and deploy all AI initiatives now and in the future.
● Live in Salesforce, Podium, Slack, and on the phones.

Advancement:
This position will continue to evolve and grow as our company expands. We have been growing
at a rate of 40% annually over the past five years. This individual will work closely with our
executive team to grow the brand and will have increased earning potential based on the value
they deliver.
