Position: Family Nurse Practitioner - FNP
Location: Modesto, CA
Duration: ASAP to 04/03/26 - Contract  - NOTE: Temp to Permanent conversion for the right candidate

Schedule: 40 hours weekly | 8 am - 5 pm (Monday-Friday) | No weekends
Age: 2+ years

Overview: Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services.

• Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
• Primary care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is highly preferred
• Women's health experience a plus
• EPIC EMR experience is a PLUS
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or be able to obtain it post-offer
• Active DEA or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
• Must have a clean background
