Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide supportive and restorative nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, and assist with a variety of nursing tasks to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.

Compensation: $37.45-$46.56 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, exercise, and elimination needs
Administer medications and treatments as assigned per hospital policy
Monitor patient safety and take vital signs
Perform CPR and assist with medical procedures as needed
Prepare and transport patients for tests and procedures
Document patient care and report status to supervising RN

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Licensed and currently registered as a Practical Nurse in New York State
