Bus Aide

Position: Substitute

Salary: $17.99 /hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00-9:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 5:00 p.m shifts available.

Responsibilities: The Bus Aide would assist passengers with entering or exiting the bus in a safe manner; monitor passengers to ensure safety regulations are followed; assist passengers in evacuation of the bus in case of an emergency; present a neat and professional appearance; assist the driver in keeping the interior of the assigned bus clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

~ High School diploma or equivalent, and 18 years old.

~ Good communicator

~ Passion for helping others, and the ability to build relationships

~ Ability to lift 50 lbs

~ May require pushing and pulling in excess of 30 lbs

~ Attention to detail

~ CPR, preferred or willingness to obtain
