This position offers the opportunity to practice in a quiet, rural community with the benefit of being part of a larger university health system—providing both a close-knit team environment and access to broader resources and support.

Our clinic treats a wide variety of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, with the potential to expand into pediatric populations for clinicians interested in developing that area of practice. This variety allows for meaningful, well-rounded clinical work and continued professional growth.

We are located within driving distance of Metro Richmond and Raleigh, with easy access to both the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Atlantic coast, making weekend travel simple and enjoyable.

Our department places a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and supporting one another, and our well-equipped facility allows clinicians to deliver high-quality care across a range of patient needs- including an on-site rehabilitation pool for aquatic therapy. We also support continuing education and advanced certifications, encouraging clinicians to grow and specialize over time.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a different pace of practice. You can build relationships with patients, work as part of a supportive team, and enjoy a better balance between work and life outside the clinic.
