Concrete Finisher/Laborer

AMI Construction's concrete division is growing, and we're seeking an exceptional Concrete Finisher. This vital, hands-on role ensures we exceed customer expectations. We need a highly collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to expertly completing every project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and company policies.
• Create patterns, forms, or foundations per work order and inspect finished surfaces.
• Set forms, assist with string lines, oversee pour, and spread concrete to level.
• Finish top surfaces to desired texture using tools and water.
• Work with crew members to exceed expectations and spread motivation.
• Stay updated on project knowledge with the management team.
• Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors
• Perform other assigned duties.

Skills Needed:

• The ability to operate a Curb & Gutter Machine (Power Curber) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of concrete finishing/forming experience.
• Available to work weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
• Drug screening
