What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential electrical installation and service projects
- Install and repair panels, outlets, lighting, EV chargers, and smart home systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex residential electrical issues
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians
- Communicate directly with homeowners and ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain tools, inventory, and job documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of wiring, breakers, circuits, and code compliance
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
What You’ll Get:
- $80,000–$100,000 base salary + performance bonuses
