Required:

• 2 Years minimum of inpatient operating room experience in a Level I Trauma Center as a Surgical Tech responsible:
  • Preparing the operating room
  • setting up sterile fields with instruments
  • anticipates surgeon needs during complex cases
  • passes tools
  • handles specimens
  • performs counts
  • assists with patient care (pre/post-op)
  • maintains strict sterility
  • requiring high adaptability for diverse, critical surgeries and potentially faster turnover cases
• Certifications:
  • Certified Surgical Tech (NBSTSA or NCCT)

  • BLS
