The Grow Staff is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants’ overall needs.

Available Work Shifts
All work schedules are 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

2nd Shifts
- 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities

Pruning and removal of unwanted material.
Assist with topping and cloning.
Inspection for pests and other threats.
Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs.
Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (EC) levels.
Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled.
Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Education or experience in commercial plant production preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Able to successfully register as an agent in state’s cannabis commission.
Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
