SAP Project Training Lead - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for an experienced SAP Training Lead for our large banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid on-site 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC and is expected to serve for 12+ months.

• Develop and implement a business aligned training strategy supporting SAP S/4HANA adoption
• Design and deliver SAP training sessions (classroom, virtual, and hands-on workshops) for business and technical users
• Create structured learning content such as training scripts, onboarding flows, Quick Reference Guides, job aids, and lifecycle documentation tailored to specific client workflows and configuration.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5+ years of Training experience specifically with SAP
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
